You Need To Read This Before You Pack For Walt Disney World!

Updated: Jan 21, 2022

Wondering what you should pack to visit Walt Disney World? We have created a list of 85ish items you need for your next magical vacation along with Amazon links to help make shopping and packing a breeze. Printable list down below.

Clothing

  • One or two outfits per day - you may want to change after being out in the heat all day or if you are planning to go out to a nice restaurant. I normally wear a cute Disney-themed dress or leggings and a Disney-themed top to the parks. Shorts and t-shirts are normally great for Disney, but make sure you pack a couple pair of pants if it is possibly going to be cooler during your trip.

  • Hoodie

  • Hat or Visor

  • Ears - These are a must! Make sure everyone has matching ones.

  • Sunglasses

  • Comfortable tennis shoes

  • Water shoes - I have a pair that is like tennis shoes that I wear to the park in case it rains and to the pool.

  • Flip-flops

  • Poncho, raincoat, and/or umbrella - It rains a lot at Walt Disney World especially during the summer months

  • Underwears - enough so you will be able to have a clean pair of drawers every day of your trip!!

  • Socks

  • MagicBands

  • Glasses and/or Contacts

  • Swimsuits

  • Workout Clothes - for those of you who are into working out on vacation. As you can tell, I am not! :)

  • Jewelry

Toiletries

  • Hairbrush

  • Hair ties

  • Shampoo (there will be shampoo, conditioner, and soap at the hotel, so we don't often bring our own)

  • Conditioner

  • Body wash or body soap

  • Hairspray or other hair products

  • Curling or flat iron

  • Makeup

  • Chapstick or lip balm

  • Lotion

  • Face cleaner

  • Shaving Cream

  • Razor

  • tweezers

  • nail clippers

  • Glass wipes, contacts case, contact solution, etc.

  • Deodorant

  • Body spray or perfume

  • Sunblock - make sure you bring plenty of this! The Florida sun can be brutal.

  • Toothpate

  • Toothbrush

  • Feminine hygiene products

  • Vitamins

  • Prescriptions - We have left the house without this and had to call the doctor and have them transfer a prescription to Florida. Not fun. Put your prescription in your purse a few days before to make sure you don't forget!

  • First aid kit with Band-Aids, Neosporin and alcohol or peroxide

  • Moleskin or blister covering

  • Medicated body powder

  • OTC Medicines

  • Hand Sanitizer

  • Carseat

  • Stroller - our favorite stroller was a jogging stroller we brought one time. We were able to easily use it in areas that a regular stroller could not go.

  • Blankets

  • Pacifiers - lots and lots of pacifiers since they all tend to disappear

Electronics

  • Charger cords for phones and all other electronics

  • Portable phone charger

  • Headphones or earbuds
